Description
The original Murano glass worked in the furnaces of VENINI finds in these two works, Oman and Yemen, a new interpretation of the centuries-old Venetian glass tradition. In the course of his eccentric research Ettore Sottsass, in perennial contrast with his contemporary colleagues, elaborates these two vases in Murano glass using strong colors and transparencies, geometric relationships and purity of forms in a disruptive linguistic game that will set a school in the field of composition and stylistic.
The small imperfections, where present, are an indication of the absolute uniqueness of the product.
